Dear Viterbi Faculty and Staff,
From 6:30 am to 10:00 am on Friday, July 31, Facilities Management Services (FMS) will be performing emergency repairs on the electrical panels serving the School’s data center in RTH.
During this maintenance, no impact is anticipated to Viterbi Exchange email service; however, the following systems will be affected and not available:
• myViterbi
• Viterbi Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
• Viterbi file servers
• Software license servers
• Viterbi listserv server
• Viterbi private cloud data backup server
If you encounter issues with accessing Viterbi IT services after this maintenance period, please call the Viterbi IT Service Desktop hotline at 213-740-0517.
