Around 1:30pm Monday, 12/14/20, contractors accidentally cut a water line resulting in water intrusion into the Viterbi IT’s data center in RTH. Power into the data center was cut off to prevent electrical hazards. Unfortunately, we don’t have an estimated time for resolution. FMS and contractors are on-site to address the problem.
The following systems are affected and not available:
• myViterbi
• Viterbi Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
• Viterbi file servers
• Software license servers
• Viterbi listserv server
• Viterbi private cloud data backup server
