Dear Viterbi Faculty and Staff,
Between 11:00pm, Friday 3/5/21 and 2:00am, Saturday 3/6/21, Viterbi IT will perform maintenance to IT infrastructure in RTH server room. This is to cure damage caused by the water intrusion incident last December.
During this maintenance window, the following systems and services are affected and not available:
myViterbi system
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) system
Computers in Viterbi computer labs
Viterbi file servers
License servers
Listserv mailing list service
Viterbi Payroll Control System
Viterbi Service Desk ticketing system
Viterbi private cloud-based data backup service
Viterbi Exchange email service will not be affected during this maintenance.
