Between 8:00pm and 10:00pm on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, Viterbi IT will be performing maintenance on Viterbi IT’s data center firewalls to improve service performance.
During this maintenance, the following Viterbi IT’s online services (and any other services protected behind the data center firewalls) will be intermittently unavailable:
- vsoefs.vsoe.usc.edu - Viterbi Business Affairs and academic department file server
- Instructional software license servers
- Viterbi VDI system – ENHANCED, GENERAL, MYWORK, and other virtual desktops
- Websites hosted on Viterbi IT’s infrastructure – asteweb, itpbugzilla, etc.
